How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Due to the high volumes of orders being processed over the Black Friday event, we expect dispatch delays of up to one week however we will be working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed.

The item I want to purchase has sold out, will you be receiving any more stock?

Black Friday sale or special items are only available whilst stocks lasts and will not be available once sold out.

Can you hold my order and send everything together when all the discounts have been announced?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or amend orders, or combine multiple orders once placed. Sale items will remain available whilst stock lasts.
