Détails des produits

Be fully prepared for all weathers with the Arika Storm-Tek Turnout Rug and full set of Rug Liners - 3 rugs in 1! This special offer allows full flexibility to adapt to changing weather and includes:

Arika Storm-Tek Turnout Rug

This technical, self-righting turnout rug is lightweight and designed for cooler weather to keep your horse warm, dry and protected in the field.

The unique 1200 Denier breathable waterproof outer is uniquely cut across the full width, eliminating leaks with no back seam. Coupled with an antibacterial, anti-static shine-enhancing lining, it stays perfectly balanced on your horse. 100g thermobonded fill offers a light layer of warmth that won’t bunch up or slip down.

Security is assured with a design-registered front closure. The top of two sturdy T-bars is 45° angled to relieve pressure across the point of the shoulder, for comfort and freedom of movement. Backed by a sandwich of anti-lint hook and loop tape, you can turn out with total confidence that the rug won’t slip.

Traditional rugs, which wrap around the horse’s body, create tension around the shoulder and hind legs, which is restrictive and can cause rubbing. Our globally patented two-part skirt breaks the tension, allowing free movement while holding warmth and shielding your horse's body from splashes. Crossed surcingles with a removable centre strap firmly secure the rug.

Reflective safety strips ensure your horse is easy to spot in low light. A silicone-covered fillet strap keeps things clean and neat, while an extra-long tail cover protects the top of the tail.

This rug comes complete with a detachable neck and is compatible with the full range of LeMieux rug liners, bibs and necks, giving you full rugging flexibility across the seasons.

Rug Liners

A snug secret weapon in your horse’s LeMieux rug wardrobe, the Rug System Liner is a flexible temperature solution, adding a layer of warmth and comfort under Kudos Turnout and Arika Featherweight, Storm-Tek and all LeMieux Stable rugs.

Add an extra layer of warmth and flexibility whenever your horse needs it. Warmly padded with luxurious 100g & 200g thermobonded fill that won’t bunch up or slip down, it secures with sturdy D-rings and quick-release trigger clips at the neck and rear of your other LeMieux rug.

An anti-absorbent outer coating helps keep the liner clean. A silky antibacterial antistatic lining helps maintain the hygiene and shine of your horse’s well-groomed coat.

The Rug System Liner gives you ultimate temperature control, extending the use of your main LeMieux rug with additional warmth through cold weather snaps across the year.
