When is your Non-Slip Saddle Pad fitted correctly?

A non-slip saddle pad should be large enough to cover the saddle area that is in contact with the horse. When fitting the saddle pad, ensure it’s centred on your horse’s back and lifted up into the gullet of the saddle to allow freedom over the spine.

How should you look after LeMieux Non-Slip Saddle Pad?

We always recommend checking the specific wash care instructions of your saddle pad first as different materials require different care.

 

Most non-slip saddle pad can simply be placed in the washing machine on a 30-degree cycle. Close all fastenings to prevent accidental damage and remove dirt, debris and sweat with a stiff brush. When damp, pull your pad into the correct shape. Then, air dry your pad away from a heat source, like a tumble dryer.

How long can you use LeMieux Non-Slip Saddle Pad?
