What are the features of a Cotton Saddle Pad?

Our cotton saddle pads incorporate a range of innovative features. This includes the high wither, teardrop girth protection area, and elasticated D-Ring tabs.

 

The premium cotton top side is complemented by our super soft bamboo lining. This material absorbs and controls sweat under the saddle, making it beautifully comfortable and secure while minimising friction on sensitive-skinned horses.

Who are LeMieux Cotton Saddle Pads for?

LeMieux cotton saddle pads are designed for active horses who sweat. By wicking away excess moisture, our pads help control the temperature to keep your horse comfortable in every weather. Our cotton saddle pads are also ideal for everyday or competition use.

How should you look after a LeMieux Cotton Saddle Pad?

Before washing your LeMieux cotton saddle pad, close all fastenings and remove dirt, debris, and dried sweat with a stiff brush. You can then place it in the washing machine on a 30-degree cycle. Pull the pad into shape when damp and place it on an airer to dry. We don’t recommend using a tumble dryer.

How long can you use a LeMieux Cotton Saddle Pad?

Our cotton saddle pads are beautifully crafted to withstand everyday use. With the right care, it should last you for years. However, it’s natural for the pad to experience wear and tear over time. You should replace it if it gets torn or becomes heavily indented.
