We now offer a simple and easy way to return items to us with Royal Mail* for UK customers.  For customer returns, we strongly recommend using this fully tracked and signed-for courier service.  Just follow the steps below:

Add in your order details and reason for return

3.Choose for your return to be collected from your doorstep, or drop your return off at any Post Office or Locker

4. Book your collection slot or print a return label

5. Package your return appropriately. Please still fill the product details in on the Returns Form and add this to your parcel

6. Drop your parcel off at your requested location, or have it ready for your collection time

*returns from the UK only. Returns are charged at £2.95 which will be deducted from your refund.

 LeMieux cannot accept responsibility for parcels that aren't delivered directly to our returns address, or are left unattended. If you prefer to use your own courier, our recommended services are: Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Fedex, DPD and DHL.

How do I return an item?

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition within 60 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

 

Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

 

If you are returning an item to us from the UK, you can book a return collection or drop off with Royal Mail HERE

If you do not have a returns form or are unable to download and print, please make sure you put a note in your parcel with your name, contact number, address, order number and email address, together with details of the item(s) and the reason(s) for return. Please note without a note or form in your parcel we will be unable to process your return.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival to us and a refund will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as New Year and following bank holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

How do I return an item if I am not in the UK?
Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

 

When returning a product to us from outside of the UK please state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’.

 

Any returns, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, will not be accepted by us. It is the customers responsibility to clear these charges. Please see our returns policy for more information. Tax & duty charges are non-refundable.

Can I download a Returns Form?
Important Information on Returns
Please make sure your item is returned to us in new condition, clean and dry. We cannot accept returns if they are used or dirty.

 

If you have purchased your item from one of our stockists (online, in store or at a show stand) then returns will need to go directly to the stockist as your contract of sale is with them.

 

Faulty Items

 

If you deem your item to be faulty, please contact us immediately on [email protected] so we can investigate. We will be able to send you a pre-paid return label to get the item back to us to investigate the fault.
What if I want to exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your item for a full refund and then place a new order on our website.
Are there any products I am unable to return?
  • Due to the sticky nature of Acavallo Gel products, we do not accept returns on these items.
  •  

  • Footwear may be returned provided it is in the original condition received and has not been worn outdoors.
  •  

  • Horse Bits will only be accepted for return if new and unused. We are not able to accept returns of Bits which have been tried in the horse's mouth due to hygiene reasons.
  •  

  • Liquids, creams, gels and powder products will only be accepted for return if new and unused.
  • What should I do if I think an item is faulty?

    What should I do if I bought my item from a LeMieux Stockist?
    If you have purchased your item from one of our stockists (online, in store or at a show stand) then returns will need to go directly to the stockist as your contract of sale is with them.
    How will I be refunded if I have paid with a Gift Card and another method of payment?
    The Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
