ProSorb Corrective Saddle Pads - FAQs

Why choose a LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pad?

Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pads offer a comfortable and secure fit under the saddle. They’re available in a wide range of cuts to suit your riding style, giving you plenty of options to choose from.

What are the features of a Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pad?

LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pads come with insert pads that allow you to adjust and fine-tune the saddle fit. They provide better support around the waist area of the saddle – particularly when the horse has a dipped or sway back or a prominent spine that lacks adjoining muscle.

Who are LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pads for?

LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pads are designed for competitive horse riders, providing style, durability, and exceptional performance.

How should you look after a LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pad?

On a cool cycle, you can wash your Pro-Sorb saddle pad by hand or in the washing machine. But first, remove dried dirt, sweat and hair using a stiff brush.

You should also close all fastenings and remove pad inserts. We’d recommend using a wash bag to protect the fabric. Avoid using strong fabric conditioners, and make sure your drum’s large enough for your pad. Once washed, flatten or straighten the cotton fabric and dry it away from heat. Avoid using a tumble dryer to keep your pad performing its best.

How long can you use a LeMieux self-cooling saddle pad?

Our self-cooling saddle pads are designed to last for years with the right care. While light wear and tear are normal, you’ll need to replace your pad once it starts to show signs of damage. This is to protect you and your horse.

How long can you use a LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pad for?

LeMieux Pro-Sorb corrective saddle pads are designed to undergo wear and tear. Thanks to their premium construction, they’re durable enough to withstand the rigors of competitive riding. However, like all saddle pads, they’ll need replacing once they start to wear out.
