How do I buy an e-gift card?
Head over to the Gift Card page on our website. Select your preferred design and complete the information required including recipient details and value. You are able to send the Gift Card directly to yourself if you wish to print it out, or straight to the recipient either immediately or on a scheduled date.
Can I have something gift wrapped?
Unfortunately this is not a service we currently offer.
My order is a gift for someone, will the packaging be discreet?
All orders are sent out in branded packaging. However, if you would prefer the outer packaging to be discreet, please contact our Customer Services team on 02380814360.
Why is my gift voucher not working?
Codes are case-sensitive, please check you are entering the code exactly as it appears and that you are not entering any spaces before or after the code. Ensure that the code has not expired, and has not been used previously. If you are still unable to use your code, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to investigate. I’ve ordered a gift voucher, but I haven’t received it yet.
Gift vouchers are sent to the email address you have requested on the order, either immediately or at the time specified on the order. Please check you have provided the correct email address and that it hasn’t been filtered into a junk/spam email box.
