Can I add or change items in my order?

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to make any additions or changes to your order. We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address needs changing. Once dispatched, unfortunately changing the address is not possible.

 

During very busy times, we are less likely to be able to change details like this so please ensure that you have put in the accurate delivery address at point of order.

I didn’t get an order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please allow adequate time for a confirmation email to come through. Please check your junk box as emails can sometimes go straight into there. If you have not received an order confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order, please contact the customer service team on 02380814360.

I have ordered a mix of Pre Order and available items, what will be sent and when?

Your order will be sent in a single shipment, once all items on the order are available to send. If you require any “in stock” items more urgently, please order these separately and they will be dispatched on their own.

I have placed more than one order, can they be combined?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to or combine orders once they have been placed.

  • The item I want to purchase is “Sold Out” - when will it be available to order again?

    Due to high demand, some products may sell out. Products marked with a "Sold Out" label are discontinued and will unfortunately not be restocked. Products marked with a "Back Soon" label will be back in stock with us soon. You can sign up to be notified by email when a product is back in stock with us and available to order.

    The item I want to purchase is “Coming Soon” - when will it be available to order again?

    Products marked with a "Coming Soon" are new items due in to us shortly. You can sign up to be notified by email when a product arrives with us and is available to order. If the arrival date is available, this will be detailed against the product. You can also follow the LeMieux social media pages for details of product launches.

    The item I want to purchase is on Pre Order, when will it be sent?

    If you have ordered a Pre Order product, it will be despatched as soon as the stock arrives with us. The expected arrival date is usually detailed on the product page. We will dispatch pre orders as quickly as possible, and in the order they were placed. Please be advised that arrival dates are estimated and are subject to change. We will contact you if there are any significant delays on pre-order items.
