What are LeMieux horse boots made of?

LeMieux horse boots are designed to be highly durable, lightweight, and breathable. Our wide range of styles come in a selection of high-quality materials, such as durable ribbed non-rubbing shell, natural rubber, carbon mesh, and PU leather.

We carefully choose our materials to offer comfort and support for every discipline.

What size of boots will suit your horse?

We have several sizes available to suit the shape of your horse’s legs. To find the right size, check out the size guide on the product description page before you checkout.

How should you look after LeMieux boots?

LeMieux horse boots are easily washable in the washing machine on low temperatures. A standard 30-degree cycle is best. You can use a washing tablet or capsule if you wish – but we’d recommend using a wash bag to protect your boots.

Before washing, fasten all hooks and loops and make sure the clip straps are attached. This will prevent accidental damage. Once washed, air dry your boots away from heat. Never put them in the tumble dryer. For full wash care information, check the instructions with your horse boots.

How often should you replace LeMieux boots?

Our durable horse boots are made to last. If you take care of them properly, they should last for several years. However, how long exactly depends on whether you use them every day or every now and then. Check for signs of wear and tear and replace them when they stop protecting your horse’s legs.
